「左スティックでキャラクターを動かしてください」というチュートリアルシーンで操作不能になる方がいるようです。

その画面になってしまうと操作できなくなりますが、その前に右上ポーズボタンを押して右下の歯車から操作設定をタップへ変更すると改善されるようです。
